Pet Rabbit Who Grew Mysterious Cross On Her Forehead Overnight Is Being Called ‘Baby Jesus’

Since pets are just as near and dear to us as our children, we usually notice everything about them.

Needless to say, you’d be alarmed if your pet grew a strange marking overnight.

Kate Hazel, who is the owner of Fluff the rabbit, recently experienced this when she noticed a familiar symbol forming on her bunny’s forehead.

Kate was outside feeding Fluff with her daughter, Rosa. That’s when the girl said, “Mum, Mum, Fluff’s turning into the Baby Jesus. She’s grown this cross right in the middle of her forehead.”

Interestingly, Fluff’s hair had never grown this way before. Kate explains, “I had a look and it was really pronounced. It didn’t come gradually — just suddenly, one day, she had a cross in the middle of her forehead.”

Kate and Rosa have been referring to Fluff as “Baby Jesus” since the initial discovery, which fittingly happened right before Christmas.

Of all the symbols to randomly develop, the cross is certainly a striking one.

A friend of Kate’s pointed out that the cross looks like Saint Piran’s cross in particular, who also happens to be the patron saint of Cornwall, where Fluff and her family live in the UK.

Kate points out, “She’s either a reincarnation of St. Piran, or the Baby Jesus, or both.”

What would you do if you woke up to find out that your beloved pet developed the sign of the cross on their fur? Watch Kate talk about the experience below.
