Many of us knew the Bible and some already read it from end to end. Yet some only knew few of what is written in it. Everyone or almost everyone knows the famous story of savior Jesus Christ. Who would forget the amazing journey of Moses and the Israelites out of Egypt to the promise land?
Many of us are still in doubt about the things written in the bible and wondering where are these places, where are the artifacts, and more. There are proofs but still doubts, that’s why many are still hoping to see proofs now that we have the advanced technology.
But there is a certain person that claims he had found numerous biblical historical artifacts and places that were written in the Bible – his name is Ron Wyatt.
Ronald Eldon Wyatt (Jun 2, 1933 – August 4, 1999) was an adventurer and former nurse anesthetist. His claims of discoveries includes Noah’s Ark, Sodom and Gomorrah, The site of the Israelites’ crossing of the Red Sea, Relics of the Egyptians army and chariots at the bottom of the Red Sea, The Mt. Sinai Site, The site of the Crucifixion of Jesus, the Ark of the Covenant including the blood of Jesus and more.

I guess you were shocked that all of these discoveries are proof of what is written in the bible and maybe you’re asking why you don’t know any of these…that I cannot answer. But if you ask me, maybe because famous archeologists, scientists, geologist, and other famous titles think he is a fraud. And everything he does is undocumented but it doesn’t mean that it’s not true nor proven real. I think there’s a force, a powerful force who wanted these discoveries to be kept secret so they can control the mind and faith of many. I may be right and I may be wrong but history speaks itself.

What makes it believable for me about Ron’s discoveries is the details and closeness of what is in the bible. In fact, after they discovered (with sons) the crossing path of Israelites on the Red Sea, he was convinced that he could get to Mt. Sinai. And because he doesn’t have a permit, he and his sons illegally track the path of Israelites to Mt. Sinai and found it in Saudi Arabia. But before they could return they were caught, arrested and jailed accused to be an Israel spies. After that, Saudi erected a fence around the mountain to prevent another illegal crosser.

But the most intriguing of his “discoveries” is the “Ark of the Covenant”. Many thought it was lost but one day when Ron and his friend were walking on the street of Israel, Ron suddenly point on a pile of rubbish then he said: “That’s Jeremiah’s Grotto and the Ark of the Covenant is in there.”
Artist interpretation of Ark of the Covenant
In his theory, Jeremiah secretly hides the Ark and some treasures from Solomon’s temple before Nebuchadnezzar conquers Jerusalem. And according to him and in the Bible, the Ark didn’t leave Israel it just vanished and never heard of it even in the book.
But during this time permit for excavation is very strict, instead of waiting, Ron and his crew went for a swim but it turns out to be another discovery. He accidentally steps on a pots while on the water, the vessels are the lost burial pots of the ancient Canaanites. The discovery gave a boost for his permit to excavate for the Ark of the Covenant.
After years of digging, he uncovered the clinching evidence that convinced him this was the site of the crucifixion. There are four square holes for the cross and one is elevated that seems to be for featured criminal and the rest are line lower in front. And like in the bible, only three were used and as it written Ron saw a crack on the elevated square hole presumably where the cross of Jesus Christ was placed that the cause of the crack is an earthquake.
The crack would make the excavation dangerous so Ron had to dig down on various angles. Ron soon found himself a cave system and employ a small Arab to crawl in which he can’t enter. Then one day, when the Arab man crawled into a tiny entrance to a cave, he suddenly rushed out with fear in his eyes, screaming, “What’s in there! What’s in there!” The man quickly exited the cave system and never returns.
Excited and curious, Ron stretched the entrance to this chamber and crawled in, as he goes deeper and getting more tired inside, he began to moved rocks to reveal what’s inside. He uncovered some dry rotted wooden boards then animal skins. Under the animal skins there is something shiny, he then moved uncovering the Table of Shewbread, from the first temple. He continued to remove rocks and wood, he then found a stone casing. The lid had cracked and had been moved aside. Ron Wyatt shone his flashlight down through the crack and saw a chest of beaten gold.
He knew he was looking at the Ark of the Covenant. It was exactly 3 and a half years, January 6th, 1982, after he pointed his left hand to the site and said, “That’s Jeremiah’s Grotto and the Ark of the covenant is in there” and made the amazing discovery. Ron tried to photograph the ark with a Polaroid, but the photos turned out foggy. He returned with a Colona scope, but again the pictures turned out foggy.
Ron found a dried black substance in a crack in the ceiling exactly above the Ark of the Covenant. The black substance had also dried up on the lid of the crack stone casing. It was obvious that the black substance dripped down from the crack on the ceiling and it seems it was directed to land on the Ark of the Covenant as the lid had been cracked and moved aside due to an earthquake.
Then Ron remembered the earthquake crack at the foot of the cross hole and traced it to know where it will lead. Suddenly he realizes that God made a provision for the blood of Jesus to land on the Ark of the Covenant as a testament of sacrificing offering. And it is written in the Bible that Jesus died there was an earthquake and the rocks were rent (Matt. 27:51). A Roman soldier speared Christ in His side in order to make sure He was dead, and blood and water poured out (John 19:34).
Ron took a sample of the black substance and had it tested. The test proves that it was indeed a blood, apparently the blood of Jesus Christ. The blood sample shows some amazing characteristics, it only had 24 chromosomes which indicate that Jesus human features derived only from Mary. Where in normal human you’ll have 46 chromosomes, 23 from a father and 23 from a mother.
According to Ron, one day at the excavation site while feeling down thinking God could not use him anymore he suddenly heard a voice saying, “God bless you in what you are doing here Ron Wyatt.” To his surprise and wonder how a complete stranger to know his name and he never told anyone where he is. Ron replied “Thank you” to the stranger wearing a probably traditional Israelite clothes. He asked if he was around here, he simply replied “No.” He asked another to have a conversation Ron said “Are You a Tourist” the stranger replied again “No,” then said, “I have come from South Africa and am on my way to the New Jerusalem.” Ron Wyatt was shocked, knowing that the New Jerusalem is a city referred to in the Bible as being in heaven.” After the stranger left, he asks people that could possibly have come across him since the place had a one way in and out but everyone answered “No.”
Ron visited the cave 3 more times but to his disbelief, the cave had been completely cleaned up. According to him, “Four angels stood before him and he was told that the time is not yet for the world to see this discovery with their own eyes, but the time is coming when the inhabitants of the world will have a universal, religious law enforced upon them. This law will force man to break God’s law, by penalty of disenfranchisement – being unable to buy or sell, (Rev. 13:17). Ron Wyatt was told that sometime after this law has been passed, God will allow the tables of stone (The 10 Commandments) and a good clear video of the Ark of the Covenant to be put on public display.”
Ron had been interviewed and testified but many people especially those who had a “degree” do not consider his claims real. Even in the Christian community thinks of Ron’s claims “fraudulent”. “His claims were dismissed by scientists, historians, biblical scholars, and by leaders in his own Seventh-day Adventist Church, but his work continued to have a following among some fundamentalists and evangelical Christians.”
And on August 4, 1999, Ron Wyatt died at the age 66, in Baptist Central Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, after he suffered from a type of cancer. But before he died he had the last phone interview with Bill Fry in June 1999. He was telling Bill about how he discovered the Ark of the Covenant as if it was his last confession. Recently, news about the discovery of the remains of Noah’s Ark has been circulating online. A group of Turkish and Chinese explorers from a Noah’s Ark Ministries International has been claiming this feat.
Apparently, the name of Ron Wyatt wasn’t mentioned in their explorations and all the evidence they are showing were, in fact, has already been detailed by Wyatt.
It’s been written in this article that Mr. Ron Wyatt has been tag as a fake or a fraud in his discoveries by many people especially those who had a “degree”.
His claims were dismissed by scientists, historians, biblical scholars, and by leaders in his own Seventh-day Adventist Church, but his work continued to have a following among some fundamentalists and evangelical Christians.”
In simple term, they never took the man seriously, but now, this group of explorers are saying that the huge thing on Mt. Ararat has 99.9% percent chance it’s Noah’s Ark.
While they claimed this glorious discovery, it only proves that the late Ron Wyatt discoveries had a 99.9% chance of authenticity and they actually vindicated Wyatt from the accusations thrown at him.
True or not, It’s for you to decide. One thing is for sure, God is up there and what the Bible says is purely real.
