- 10 garlic cloves
- 2½ cups of honey
- A few black peppercorns
First, clean, peel and slice the garlic cloves. Then put the garlic in a glass, add honey and sprinkle the pepper over it at the end. Close the glass now firmly (it’s best to use a preserves jar) and allow the mixture to infuse for five days. Then you’re done.
Whenever you notice a headache coming on, eat a spoonful of this great remedy to address the pain at the outset. The important thing is that a piece of garlic and pepper are actually on the spoon. Of course you can eat a spoon of this every day even when you don’t have a headache in order to prevent headaches before they even start.
